Funeral Services

In 2010 Baitul Ilm purchased a separate section in the Bluff city cemetery under the name of Bahishte Zahra.

It’s located in the city of Elgin, very close to center. It is section number 24.

Baitul Ilm has very dedicated teams for both men and women to undertake this task. Baitul Ilm does not charge any fees for providing funeral or burial services and offers its services free of charge. Families need to pay only for transportation of deceased and for cemetery services of opening and closing the grave. Both payments are made directly to the vendors at the time of burial.

At present ( 2024) our total costs of Islamic funeral and burial are between $ 3500.00 to 4000.00 from Monday to Friday and Saturday mornings. Saturday afternoons and Sundays have additional charges. Their rates change almost every year.
